This 7 pin wiring kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model is manufactured by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.
