This 7 pin wiring kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLK-CLASS is manufactured by ECS for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your MERCEDES-BENZ GLK-CLASS, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLK-CLASS. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. ECS specifies an installation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).
