This 7 pin kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA-CLASS is made by ECS for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA-CLASS and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA-CLASS is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA-CLASS. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. ECS specifies an installation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).
