This 7 pin wiring kit for your CITROËN C8 is manufactured by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your CITROËN C8 . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your CITROËN C8 is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.

To automatically switch off the rear fog lamp(s) of your CITROËN C8 when a trailer or bicycle carrier is installed, you can use this accessory: ZB6335. This your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, accessory ZB6335 is required 2 times. This accessory is required because in some countries the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported.
