Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your PEUGEOT 407 Coupe is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your PEUGEOT 407 Coupe when using a trailer or bicycle carrier, accessory ZB6335 can be used, as the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted in some countries if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported. If your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, the accessory ZB6335 must be installed 2 times.
