This 7 pin wiring kit for your VW GOLF VI is manufactured by ECS for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your VW GOLF VI, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your VW GOLF VI is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VW GOLF VI. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 3 hours for installation.
