This 7 pin kit for your VW CADDY IV Box Body/MPV is made by ECS for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your VW CADDY IV Box Body/MPV and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VW CADDY IV Box Body/MPV. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 2.5 hours for installation.
