This 7 pin wire kit for your VW GOLF VIII is produced by ECS for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your VW GOLF VIII, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your VW GOLF VIII is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VW GOLF VIII. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
