This 7 pin wiring kit for your BMW 5 is manufactured by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your BMW 5 . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW 5 with a button on your dashboard. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your BMW 5 . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
