The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW 6 Gran Coupe with a push on a dashboard button. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your BMW 6 Gran Coupe . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
