This 7 pin wiring kit for your VOLVO V60 II is manufactured by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the VOLVO V60 II. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VOLVO V60 II with a push on a dashboard button. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VOLVO V60 II. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
