This 7 pin wiring kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC is manufactured by ECS for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
