This 7 pin wire kit for your AUDI A4 B9 Avant is produced by ECS for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A4 B9 Avant and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your AUDI A4 B9 Avant is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A4 B9 Avant. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
