This 7 pin kit for your AUDI A5 Convertible is made by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your AUDI A5 Convertible . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your AUDI A5 Convertible is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle.
