This 7 pin kit for your VW TOUAREG is made by ECS for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your VW TOUAREG, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your VW TOUAREG is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle.
