This 7 pin wiring kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA is manufactured by ECS for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s). It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
