This 7 pin kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC is made by ECS for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC with a button on your dashboard. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ GLC installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLC . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
