The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your VW GOLF V and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your VW GOLF V is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW GOLF V . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. Erich Jaeger specifies an intallation time of 2.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin wiring kit.
