This 7 pin wire kit for your AUDI A5 Convertible is produced by Erich Jaeger for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A5 Convertible and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your AUDI A5 Convertible is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The manufacturer Erich Jaeger specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 2 hours for installation. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
