This 7 pin wiring kit for your AUDI A3 is manufactured by Erich Jaeger for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A3 and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your AUDI A3 is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A3. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
