This 7 pin wiring kit for your FORD MONDEO V Hatchback is manufactured by Erich Jaeger for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your FORD MONDEO V Hatchback and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your FORD MONDEO V Hatchback is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your FORD MONDEO V Hatchback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

To install this 7-pin specific electrical kit, you will need the additional article 153192. We recommend you order it at the same time.
