This 7 pin wire kit for your AUDI A4 B9 is produced by Erich Jaeger for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your AUDI A4 B9, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your AUDI A4 B9 is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A4 B9. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
