Product details

This detachable, horizontal GDW towbar has a simple lever mechanism and is a perfect option for a VW GOLF IV Cabriolet . In the category hand and lever systems, the GDW T36 is very practical, reliable and durables. It takes 2 screws to fasten the tow ball to the towing bracket.

Protect this towbar against theft with this optional accessory: 218918. Towing capacity up to 1500 kg and a vertical load of 75 kg characterize this towbar. A fatigue strength of 8.1 kN is listed for GDW.

This towbar requires a cut in the lower part of the bumper. This cut will not be visible. A cutting template or cutting dimensions can be found in the installation instructions.

Bike carriers can be securely fitted onto this VW GOLF IV Cabriolet towbar.
