Product details

A simple lever mechanism releases this detachable horizontal GDW towbar. It's a perfect option for the DS DS 4 II. In the category hand and lever systems, the GDW T36 is very practical, reliable and durables. It takes 2 screws to fasten the tow ball to the towing bracket.

Protect this towbar against theft with this optional accessory: 218918. Towing capacity up to 1600 kg and a vertical load of 85 kg characterize this towbar. GDW submitted a fatigue value of 9.1 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. A cutting template or cutting dimensions can be found in the installation instructions.

Bike carriers can be securely fitted onto this DS DS 4 II towbar.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from GDW. The product was dip-coated. During dip coating, towbars are dipped in a special, durable paint that protects against corrosion.

Carefully read the instructions and specific indications of the vehicle manufacturer when fitting the towbar. Such information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
