Update on the IT incident

Note: Update as of 05.12.2025 4:00 p.m. CET

We recently informed you that we had identified unauthorised access to our company's IT systems. In accordance with our security protocol, we have therefore temporarily taken individual systems and services offline.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the cyber attack.

The investigations and recovery measures have progressed well, but are not yet complete. There are still restrictions on the availability of individual IT systems. We are working hard to resolve these restrictions. The attack may cause delays in business operations.

Immediately after the incident, we initiated a comprehensive review of our entire IT system in collaboration with external IT experts. The focus was particularly on whether the unauthorised access had resulted in any data leakage. This analysis has now confirmed that data was encrypted and stolen during the attack.

At the same time, close monitoring was set up to identify promptly which data was affected and whether stolen information was being published. We have since discovered that the attacker has published individual data sets from the attack on the darknet.

Together with cybersecurity specialists, we are now conducting a detailed investigation of the identified data package. Should this investigation reveal any personal data or data subject to reporting requirements, we will immediately inform the persons concerned in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.

We are working closely with external specialists, law enforcement agencies and data protection authorities to investigate the incident and identify measures to be taken.

The security of our customers', employees' and partners' data is a top priority for RAMEDER. We therefore sincerely regret that, despite our high security measures, unauthorised persons were able to access data during this attack.

We take this incident very seriously and have already begun to thoroughly review our extensive security protocols and implement additional security measures. We can assure you that we are doing everything we can to prevent such attacks in the future.
