This towbar requires a TÜV inspection. This will be requested automatically after your order. Your towbar will be issued a unique certification number, which will be noted on the type plate. You need to have your MERCEDES-BENZ SL towbar inspected, which requires that it is installed and shown to an expert. After the inspection the towbar must be recorded in the vehicle document.
You don't have to cut the bumper to fit this towbar.
