This detachable towbar was specifically designed and manufactured by top class manufacturer Westfalia for your VW GOLF VII Variant . The advantages of the vertical A40H towbar system are: the 1A Westfalia quality, the patented locking system, the barely visible mounting on your VW GOLF VII Variant. The vertical Westfalia A40H automatic system is one of the bestselling Westfalia products.

This anti-theft towbar comes with an integrated lock. Towing capacity up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 80 kg characterize this towbar. A fatigue strength of 10.2 kN is listed for Westfalia.

This towbar requires a cut in the lower part of the bumper. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions.

Bike carriers can be securely fitted onto this VW GOLF VII Variant towbar. We deliver this original part from Westfalia at the best price.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. A cathodic electro-dip coating is present. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. Effective corrosion protection and a high-quality smooth surface is the result.
