  • The electrical set is delivered in passive mode. The assistance systems on the vehicle are not switched off in this case and coding is not required.
  • If coding is possible, however, there is the option to switch the electrical set to active mode at the touch of a button and then to code it so that the assistance systems are automatically switched off during towbar operation.

Consisting of a detachable towbar from TowCar and the necessary 7-pin electrical kit, this complete set optimally equips your vehicle to meet all challenges. The electrical kit and towbar were developed specifically for your CUPRA FORMENTOR. The ball head can be easily removed and stored in the boot when not in use.

The vehicle does not need to be inspected by an expert after the complete set has been installed. There is also no need for an entry in the vehicle documentation of your CUPRA FORMENTOR . The instructions in your vehicle user manual, issued by the vehicle manufacturer, must be complied with.

This complete set provides you with everything you need, from the smallest screw to the installation instructions, to install the towbar on your CUPRA FORMENTOR.
