This detachable, horizontal TowCar towbar has a simple lever mechanism and is a perfect option for a SMART #1 . The robust lever on the side allows for comfortable installation on your SMART #1.
This towbar can be secured against theft by an integrated lock. Towing capacity up to 1600 kg and a vertical load of 115 kg characterize this towbar. TowCar submitted a fatigue value of 9.46 kN.
A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions.
