This 7 pin wiring kit for your MG MGS5 is manufactured by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the MG MGS5. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your MG MGS5 with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MG MGS5 installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle.
