This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT I.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assistance function LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT I is supported by this 13 pin Relay electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT I installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT I. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
