This 7 pin wire kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ CLK Convertible is produced by TowTec for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your MERCEDES-BENZ CLK Convertible, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed CLK Convertible CLK Convertible installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car.
