This 7 pin wiring kit for your CHEVROLET TRAX is manufactured by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the CHEVROLET TRAX. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed CHEVROLET TRAX installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your CHEVROLET TRAX. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
