This 7 pin wiring kit for your FORD MONDEO IV Saloon is manufactured by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your FORD MONDEO IV Saloon . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your FORD MONDEO IV Saloon is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed MONDEO IV Saloon MONDEO IV Saloon installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car.
