This 7 pin kit for your FORD MONDEO IV Turnier is made by TowTec for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your FORD MONDEO IV Turnier and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your FORD MONDEO IV Turnier is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed MONDEO IV Turnier MONDEO IV Turnier installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your FORD MONDEO IV Turnier . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
