This 7 pin wiring kit for your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS is manufactured by TowTec for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed E-CLASS E-CLASS installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
