This 7 pin kit for your AUDI A6 C6 is made by TowTec for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A6 C6 and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle.
