This 7 pin wire kit for your AUDI A1 Sportback is produced by TowTec for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A1 Sportback and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your AUDI A1 Sportback is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed A1 Sportback A1 Sportback installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A1 Sportback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit.
