This 7 pin wiring kit for your CUPRA ATECA is manufactured by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the CUPRA ATECA. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your CUPRA ATECA is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed CUPRA ATECA installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your CUPRA ATECA. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
