This 7 pin kit for your JAGUAR I-PACE is made by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit is easily integrated into the existing data bus system of your JAGUAR I-PACE. If the trailer lights are damaged, the car's own system will signal the fault. Manual coding is not required with this electrical kit.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your JAGUAR I-PACE with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed JAGUAR I-PACE installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically turn off the fog lights.
