This 7 pin wire kit for your DS DS 4 II is produced by TowTec for your car. After the 7-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your DS DS 4 II, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your DS DS 4 II is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your DS DS 4 II . It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin electrical kit.
