This 7 pin kit for your AUDI A6 C7 is made by TowTec for your car. The operation of this 7-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A6 C7 and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your AUDI A6 C7 is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed AUDI A6 C7 installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A6 C7. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit.
