This 7 pin kit for your BMW 5 Touring is made by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your BMW 5 Touring . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your BMW 5 Touring is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed 5 Touring 5 Touring installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
