This 7 pin wiring kit for your BMW 4 Convertible is manufactured by TowTec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your BMW 4 Convertible . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed BMW 4 Convertible installation manual. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
