The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. A cathodic electro-dip coating is present. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. It is possible that the parking aid sensors of the car detects the tow ball. In reverse the towbar could be recognized as an obstacle.
