  • the towbar preparation can be recognised by a prepared plug, which is located at the rear left under the vehicle
  • If coding is possible, however, there is the option to switch the electrical set to active mode at the touch of a button and then to code it so that the assistance systems are automatically switched off during towbar operation.
  • The electrical set is delivered in passive mode. The assistance systems on the vehicle are not switched off in this case and coding is not required.

Complete towbar set for a 4-hole flange ball, including a 7-pin electrical kit, for your selected vehicle MAN TGE Platform/Chassis

You will be perfectly equipped for all challenges with this complete set, comprising a towing hitch by Westfalia and the necessary 7-pin electrical kit. The towbar and electrical kit were developed specifically for your MAN TGE Platform/Chassis. You can tow trailers weighing up to 3500 kg with them.

It is not necessary to subject your MAN TGE Platform/Chassis to an expert inspection or to make an entry in your vehicle documentation. Please note the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer in your vehicle user manual. This 4-hole tow ball can be seen as an obstacle by the parking assistance sensors when the flange ball is in the sensor zone. We recommend fitting a detachable towbar if your vehicle has parking sensors.

In addition to this complete set, you will only require the article 155976 and the flange ball 155976. The complete set also includes the installation instructions for the installation on your MAN TGE Platform/Chassis.
