Product details

This 13 pole wiring kit from TowTec is supplied vehicle-specific for your vehicle. The function of the trailer indicators is indicated to you with this 13 pole wiring harness via the vehicle's own trailer indicator light (C2) in the dashboard area. It is not necessary to have the trailer indicator light function activated on your vehicle.

Our tip! If available, you can switch off your vehicle's parking aid in the dashboard area via a button when towing a trailer. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connections, adapted cable lengths and colors as well as detailed installation instructions are the hallmarks of this wiring kit. To install this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit, you do not need to machine the rear panel of your vehicle. There is already a suitable cable gland in the rear of your vehicle that can be used for this purpose.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
