Product details

The 13 pole ECS wiring kit is supplied specifically for your vehicle. The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is defective.

Our tip! If available, you can switch off your vehicle's parking aid in the dashboard area via a button when towing a trailer. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connections, adapted cable lengths and colors as well as detailed installation instructions are the hallmarks of this wiring kit. To install this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit, you do not need to machine the rear panel of your vehicle. There is already a suitable cable gland in the rear of your vehicle that can be used for this purpose. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 for steady plus. Pin 10 can be used for 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
