Product details

This 13 pole wiring kit from ECS is supplied vehicle-specific for your vehicle. This 13 pin summer wiring kit will trigger a warning sound when a faulty trailer turn light is detected.

We have a tip for you! To deactivate your vehicle's parking aid when towing a trailer, use the button on the dashboard. Vehicle-specific plugs are not included in this wiring kit. It has adapted cable lengths and cable colors and detailed installation instructions for your vehicle. A cable gland suitable for the vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring harness is already available on your vehicle. Therefore, you do not have to drill through the rear panel of your vehicle during installation.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
