Product details

This 13 pole wiring kit from TowTec is supplied vehicle-specific for your vehicle. This 13 pole wiring kit is simply installed into your vehicle's existing data bus system. If the trailer lighting is damaged, this is indicated via the vehicle's internal system. Manual coding is not required with this wiring kit.

The factory-fitted parking aid on the vehicle is automatically deactivated by this 13 pole data bus wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
